Delivery takes 3 to 25 business days depending on destination. Orders to the UK, USA, Canada and France arrive at the faster end of that range; more distant destinations take longer. You will receive tracking details once your order is confirmed.

All our lengths are measured stretched, and textured hair sits shorter once dry. Straight loses almost nothing. Body wave loses an inch or two. Deep wave and water wave lose roughly a fifth to a quarter. Curly and kinky curly can lose up to half — a 20 inch curly piece may sit at 10 inches.

If you are between two lengths, take the longer one.

Unopened wigs, extensions and hair care products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Because hair is sealed for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once a wig has been worn, washed, cut, coloured or had its lace altered — though you are welcome to open the packaging and inspect it.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including return postage. Full details are in our refund policy.
