Good to know
- Cubic zirconia is a lab-made diamond simulant, not a diamond. It can look slightly cloudy over the years if it is not cleaned; a gentle wash in warm soapy water brings it back.
- The supplier describes the plating as giving "almost life-long" tarnish protection. We would put it more cautiously: plating greatly reduces tarnishing, but it can wear over years where the necklace rubs, and we cannot promise a lifetime. The supplier does not say which metal the plating is.

Care
- Last on, first off. Put jewellery on after perfume, hairspray and moisturiser, and take it off before swimming, bathing or exercise.
- Pearls are soft and porous. Wipe them with a soft, dry cloth after wearing, never use jewellery cleaner or ultrasonic cleaners on them, and store them flat rather than hanging.
- Gemstones vary in hardness. Store pieces separately so harder stones do not scratch softer ones or pearls.
- Plated metals last longer kept dry and away from chemicals.

Returns
Unworn jewellery in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once the seal or backing has been removed.
